Dejan Milutinovic has been a member of our team since the beginning of his trainee career. Practice areas of his professional work include tax consulting and representation of clients in administrative proceedings and administrative disputes.

He also has significant experience in the areas of commercial, labor and immigration law.

Dejan actively took part in numerous study groups, legal clinics and courses throughout his career and studies.

He gained practical knowledge and experience in the Serbian Tax Administration, Ministry of Finance and was a part of the Vienna International Tax Law Summer School, organized by the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he attained significant knowledge regarding the avoidance of double taxation.

Dejan’s services include, but are not limited to, optimization of obligations arising from the law on corporate income tax, law on personal income tax, VAT, preparation and submission of tax returns, as well as preparation of tax reports for companies from various industry sectors.

He graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in 2021 and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the field of public finance and tax.

He is fluent in Serbian and English.
